That as per availability / of the plot / shop / villa and approval of the company, Company may allot the plot / shop / villa in my / our favor.
That in case, company allot plot / shop / villa / in my / our favor then terms and conditions settle by the company shall be abide by me / us.
That the aforesaid registration amount may be adjusted against the cost of the plot / shop / villa.
That if, the company does not start any Residential / Commercial scheme within 16 months from today, then the simple interest at 5% p.a be paid by the company on the aforesaid amount from the expire of aforesaid 16 months to the date of allotment of the plot / shop / villa.
That this registration from is nothing but an application and does not, by itself, create any rights, title and / or interest in favor of me / us.
That I / We declare that no legal proceeding shall be indicated by me / us against the company on the basis of this application form.
That the company shall have every right to reject this application form at any stage but before the allotment and refund the registration amount as per provision of clause no 5.
In case of default of payment of installment, late payment charges interest / penalty as per rules and regulation by company will be charge.
If installment not paid for 3 consecutive times with interest, the company can cancel the registration at its sole discretion.
In case of over-registration for application forms the company will allot plot / shop / villa in first come first service basis and have right to pro-rata allotment which will be binding to all.
That I / We undertake to get the complete address registered with the company at the time of registration and it shall be my / our responsibility to inform by registered A/D about all subsequence changes if any, in my / our address falling which all demand notice and other corresponding posted at the first registered address with the company, will be deemed to have received. I / We shall responsible for any default in payment and / or consequences that might due to the same.
All applicable taxes existing or levied in future on the land / or on the plot / shop / villa (as the case may be) shall henceforth be borne by me/us.
That I / We shall be responsible for maintaining various necessary services as determined by the company unit the service and handed over to the local bodies and the amount shall be payable by me/us in the manner as and when demanded by the company for our plot / shop / villa.
Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdictions. Only original documents will be considered as legal proof.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
That the company has planned residential / commercial / plotting scheme at Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat within 18/24.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
That if, I / We withdraw the said application before the provisional allotment of the plot / shop / villa the company shall have the right to forfeit 25% of the foresaid registration amount and balance amount shall be refunded.
